Metal bond diamond segments are used for grinding and levelling the stone, preparing the monuments, slabs and tiles surface for final polishing. The ultimate quality of gloss upon polishing depends on proper grinding at the initial stages. These ‘Metal Bond Diamond’ segments work aggressively on all granite stones (hard and soft) and give a flat, level surface for final polishing. These are available as naked segments, or with Bakelite encapsulation to facilitate easy fixation on resin base plate, in grit sizes #30, #50, #100, #200, #400.
