Resin bond diamond discs 4in (100mm) diameter, with snail-lock backing are specifically designed to polish flat granite areas, with a series of diamond grits. The problem of wavy finish obtained on flat edge polishing when using the flexible polishing pads is solved now. These resin bond grinding discs are excellent for applications such as straight edge polishing, scratch removal, floors (near walls, corners and staircases). The snail-lock design gives the user better control during polishing. Grits are easily changed thus reduces operator fatigue and increases production capability. It is used as a wet polishing system. It is a welcome improvement for flat granite polishing applications with the feature of good polishing efficiency and very long life in grinding stone slabs. This is very effective and economical for repolishing and restoration jobs of granite surfaces. Available in grit sizes #60, #100, #200, #400, #800, #1500, and #3000.
