Resin Bond Diamond Frankfurt Abrasive
Frankfurt abrasives are used primarily for polishing tiles and slabs on multi-head automatic polishing machines or on single head manual polishing machines. Resin Cup Wheels
Resin bond diamond cup wheels 3″ diameter are suitable for flat surface, or straight edge polishing applications. These can be used for edge polishing of various kinds of slabs and tiles. These cup wheels step in to eliminate the limitation of flexible polishing pads, in light of the area of application. Flexible polishing pads are too flexible for such applications and produce surface distortion and wavy finishes. The rigid resin bond cup wheels are an excellent and cost-effective option for flat, narrow area grinding and polishing processes and provide sparkling shine to the stone.

Resin Bond Diamond Chamfering Wheel
Resin bond diamond discs 4″ diameter are used for the chamfering and polishing of flat surfaces and edges. It is recommended chamfering of edges, edge polishing, restoration and scratch removal for skirting. The snail-lock design gives the user better control. Grits are changed easily and reduce operator fatigue. Our Chamfering wheels are very effective for re-polishing and restoration jobs.

Resin Bond Diamond Discs
Resin bond diamond discs are made for polishing of granite slab and monument edges. These are suitable for use in automatic profile polishing machines, bed polishing machines, automatic edge polishing machines, in additon to being usable on manual machines. When coupled with a snail lock backer pad (5″ only) they can be used to polish wall cladding and offer a better coverage when compared to normal pads.
