The year 2020 has been unprecedented for all of us. A global pandemic brought the whole world to a grinding halt, putting supply chains and life in general, out of whack. For our business, the COVID 19 pandemic has brought about new a challenge. From the beginning of April till June 2020, our places of business were under total lockdown. We have resumed operations beginning July 2020. As of writing this, some restrictions are still in place, and we operate in compliance with the same.
To ensure the safety and security of our workforce, robust checks and balances are in place. All our facilities are sanitised, and all employees screened. We have in place a cool off period for all incoming and outgoing shipments. We are actively working with our supply chain partners to reduce lead times. As we resume operations, we will be giving top priority to our existing customer orders. We vow to see this challenging phase through, and hope for normalcy at the earliest.
